oracle server

Hi all!

Stephan Heinze <stephan.heinze@xcom.de> has been working hard on the
oracle server, and has sent me a snapshot of his work that I've
committed to CVS.

I plead people interested in testing this oracle server to checkout
gnome-db from CVS and test it and send any bugs that they encounter to
the list, so that we fix it and, as soon as we've got something, I'll
make a new release.

I don't know if you realize how important is what Stephan did, so 3
HOORAS for him!!!
