 The problem is that OUT-PROC applets are not localized at all (IN-PROC
 are ok). So you can login and relogin under ANY locale - you'll see
 only English (non-localized) UI. At least that it the way it works for
 me. Could anyone please try any OUT-PROC (be sure of that!) applet and
 confirm (or deny:) it is not my wrecked system.
