Summary: New files are saved with names in UTF8 sequences
In non-unicode locales saving new files causes appearance of UTF8 sequences
in filenames. G_BROKEN_FILENAMES variable has no ingluence on such behaviour.
Seems g_filename_from_uft8/uri() functions should be used before saving.

+Do you see it only when creating new files?
+Do you see it also if you overwrite an existing file?
