Another bugfix release of gswitchit and the library is out. No new features introduced - just updated translations (cs, nl, ru, sv), fixed bugs (most important - in previous version, secondary layouts were not actually working), better error handling (in case of buggy XFree 4.3.0 and complex multiple layouts). The version is bumped to 2.3.1 in order to catch the development cycle numbering for the GNOME desktop (there is still ongoing battle to get gswitchit into the GNOME core app list).
