 Very strange.. Just curious, how did it encode russian characters?
 PS: all russian characters in koi8-r have value > 128 - why they became
 < 128 in the encoded form? This also means that recepient of the message
 won't be able to read file name at all.

+yea, I accidently encoded the UTF-8 string instead of the koi8-r
+string. fixed in CVS a few weeks ago.
