 Importer just uses the addressbooks vcard reader, so this is an

+I don't think that it's only addressbook vcard reader's fault - the attachment I presented specifies charset OUTSIDE of vcard body, so the code of mail viewer SHOULD pass charset of the attachment to the addressbook vcard reader so it will be able to properly treat the characters of the vcard body.
