Summary: Incorrect display of russian addressbook name in "Password" dialog (for LDAP abooks)

Description of Problem:
When LDAP address book asks for password (for non-anonymous login), it
shows the name of address book incorrectly (if not latin1)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create LDAP address book with non-anonymous login and russian name
2. Open it. The dialog prompts for the password. In this dialog, utf-8 name
is shown as if it was latin1 (so number of characters is actually doubled)

How often does this happen?
Always
