+When I create a virtual folder by sender of a message or some other
+quick way to create VFolders for mail (using context menu)
+the suggested name of the VFolder contains "___" as a leading part
+(the trailing part is correct). Presumably you don't convert
+translation to the utf8 (this happens under russian locale).
