Mozilla make this folders as 7-bit utf-8 string (I think, that is true way),
Outlook or Outlook Express make this folders in pure russian language -
this don't work with some imap servers. I think, the best way for this,
if you make support any of possibilities with setup in 'Options' for creating
folders and view any of this.
