+Evolution can't create imap folders with russian names.
+We has not any standard or description for this, as I known, but russian
+folders name in imap will be realy comfortable for me and other users.
+Mozilla make this folders as 7-bit utf-8 string (I think, that is true way),
+Outlook or Outlook Express make this folders in pure russian language - 
+this don't work with some imap servers. I think, the best way for this, 
+if you make support any of possibilities with setup in 'Options' for creating 
+folders and view any of this.
