+Summary: non-ascii entered in Task summary get converted to "_"

+Description of Problem: for aug 16 snapshot. While creating new task,
+when I type non-ascii in Summary field, they are IMMEDIATELY get converted
+to "_" (i.e. I can't even see what I type)!. Of course after saving I see
+only "_" in Tasks list See also #7636 for a bug of this type (but not a
+duplicate).
+I have bonobo-conf-0.11 installed.
