+Tabs in 'Contacts' list ('a','b','c', etc) are only for ascii charset!
+They don't have accented characters and non-latin1 characters at all.
+Solution may be to dynamically detect which tabs to display by scanning all
+contacts and checking which letters are used as a starting letters for
+items in contact list.
