[gnome-cyr] [Bug 6621] Changed - the non-ascii chars in user's email (name part of course) get converted to underscores in the From: dropdown list in 'compose message mode'

+If I give the account non-ascii name, it's displayed incorrectly in the "Evolution account manager"  (in the list of all accounts) - it's definitely utf8 is displayed there (i.e. no underscores, but raw utf8 is displayed).
