If the parts of the locilaized phrase "On <date here> <author-name>
wrote" prepended when replying to mail have non-ascii chars, they get
converted to underscores. I guess you forget to convert the string

Note - same problem with non-ascii chars in From: header (if the
email address of the user running Evo has non-ascii chars, they get
converted to underscores in dropdown list for the From: dropdown list
in the 'compose mail window'. I will file additional bugreport for

+Not sure if this made it into 0.12 (I think it did?) but a patch was
+sent to us that fixed a few places like this and I personally fixed it
+for the "On $date $who wrote" string.
