What about:

Location of Download
Delete download?
Default location of downloads

you'd end up with
"Lleoliad ffeil a lawrlwythwyd"
"Dileu ffeil llwythwyd i lawr?"
"Lleoliad rhagosodedig ffeiliau lawrlwythwyd"

those instances where you're talking about what to do with a file 
that's been downloaded, generally.
