Since I don't have the time to do a responsible job of maintaining
bonobo-activation, I've asked Michael to take over. Please send future
patches to him and follow whatever policies he sets.
The one thing I asked Michael to do is avoid messing with the API or
architecture of bonobo-activation unnecessarily before GNOME 2.0.
