Compiling CVS bonobo-activation

I'm trying to compile all of the non-GUI components of Gnome.  However, in
the CVS head of bonobo-activation, the autogen script says that it
requires gnome-autogen.sh.  Can this be included, or where can I find it?

Note - I'm not a member of this list, just found the list name in the
MAINTAINERS file.
