This Desktop Context would also implement EventSource and fire
pasting_moniker_changed and linking_moniker_changed events, so that data
target apps can enable/disable their Edit/Paste and Edit/Paste as Link
menu items.
BTW, how are these singleton CORBA objects implemented in libbonobo? Are
they accessable to non-libbonobo clients (via OAF)? Or is the singleton
logic all implemented in their factories?
