No bindings for Bonobo_PersistStorage

Hi,

I noticed that there are no C bindings for the Bonobo_PersistStorage
interface. Is this intended? If not, would you accept a patch for this
although the api is frozen?

BTW: There is an initNew function in this Interface. What exactly is the
purpose of this?
