bonobo and pkg-config

Hi,
can anybody tell me how bonobo creates a .pc file for pkg-config. I tried
to install control-center 1.5 and was confronted with pkg-config the first
time in my life. libcapplet does well but bonobo does not create a file on
its own :(
What to do?
