Err, but breaks 'make install'.  Never mind, I'm not sure what the
best solution is.  You can't do a _DEPENDENCIES variable for _DATA
targets.  I don't know how else you'd add a dependency on
html/book1.html without adding it to the _DATA target (which is what
breaks the install).

Oh well.
