Bonobo_ActivationContext.h snafu

Version 1.32 of bonobo-activation/bonobo-activation/Makefile.am makes it
no longer install Bonobo_ActivationContext.h. Is this on purpose, or an
accident?
Without it installed, we can't build gconf, for one thing.
