bonobo controls tutorial updated and relocated

Hi all,

I've updated the Bonobo Controls Tutorial. There are a number of fixes here
and there, eg.:
    - the example code compiles cleanly now with -Wall
    - added notice about the dangers of using anything but absolute paths
      in OAF_INFO_PATH 
    - smaller stuff all over the place
    
Also, the url changed:
      http://www.djcbsoftware.nl/projecten/bonobo_controls (html version)
and
      http://www.djcbsoftware.nl/projecten/bonobo_controls/bonobo_controls.tar.gz
      (the tarball with docbook and example source code).

The old url is deprecated now, will put redirection there soon.
