	Well; it transpires that code uses the bonobo_stream_fs_open
syntax to construct stream servers around the shop so it was never really
removed.

	Yes; please feel free to fix this; I've just done the neccessary
CVS surgery ( if you update ), it remains to cvs remove the old files and
fixup the autoconf framework, it'd be great if you can do that.
