bonobo async activation

hi all,

On my process to convert nautilus to the new oaf async interfaces, 
I realized nautilus was using the bonobo_object_activate functions
to activate its components.

I dunno but maybe ppl would want to design an async API for this
part of bonobo so that oaf functionality is exported...

I am not really wiling to do this myself because I will convert
nautilus to use directly the new OAF API.
