OAF stable branch

I have created a stable branch for OAF. Please be careful about what
you check in on stable. Don't worry about checking in on both
branches, I will take care of merging stable to the HEAD periodically
(so never mind what I said Mathieu).

The stable branch tag is oaf-stable-0-6.

Tomorrow I will smack the HEAD with a patch to make it work with
gnome-libs HEAD. If this timetable is bad for anyone, let me know.
