Where can I get gtkdoc-{mkhtml,mktmpl,mkdb,fixref}?

Makefile.am in bonobo/doc/api seems to want them. Also, this
Makefile.am seems to be broken; nothing appears to require the
templates, sgml or html pseudo-targets which are needed for the
install-data-local target. I'd fix all this myself but I don't
understand the intention.

Would be nice in the future if mail could get sent to the list when a
new dependency gets added to the bonobo build.
