Oaf default build...

Hi all,

	I just made oaf the default for bonobo configures and bumped the
version to 0.14 in CVS.

	If you are a lover of mesoactivic technology configure with:

	--enable-oaf=no

	to retain your current setup, but be warned sometime soon that
option will be going too.
