hi all,

I just commited  a bunch of changes to oaf 
cvs without noticing it.
I happened to type cvs commit in the wrong directory.

I am going to fix this asap: basically, this commit only 
adds support for internationalization and adds proper 
copyright header files to oaf source code.

I hope people will not be pissed off too much by my 
mistake.
