dynamic partial menus & conversion to bonobo

Here's another bonobo conversion question from a novice bonobo-user:

Nautilus has two menus (Go and Bookmarks) that have some static items
followed by a dynamic set of items. Without bonobo, I handle this by walking
the list of menu items (obtained with gtk_container_get_children) and
removing all the ones past a specially-marked item. I don't know how to do
this kind of thing in bonobo, or whether it is possible. Can anyone offer
advice?
