OAF API doc

hi all.

My hack of the WE can be found there:

I would like people to tell me what Major API 
function calls I have forgotten before I finish
filling the templates.

Also, comments on the rest of the doc (ie: non-API)
are wellcome. I will commit this stuff something like 
tuesday or something.
