I'm just reading Chapter 7 of Inside OLE, which describes MS structured
storage implementation. The support transactions on a per Stream basis.
In contrast to that libefs supports only a global transaction model
(which can be implemented very efficiently). I wonder if this is good
enough or do we need the more general model?
