My comments:

   1. You could refer the reader to the ORBit tutorial for the CORBA
      details.  It is better to just keep one document on CORBA
      internals than keeping two.

   2. You could point out why components are good, that section is
      fine.

   3. I would ommit the COS discussion.

      Basically, the CORBA people like to introduce all of the stuff
      they have defined: either if it works or does not.

      We should stick to what we have implemented and we are using.  A
      discussion on future plans would be good (ird).
