IDL files

Now we have two different IDL files for the CORBA Naming Service. One
in ORBit/src/service/name and one in gnome-libs/idl. Shouldn't such
IDL files installed just like .h files? They also describe an
interface to a module. I propose that the IDL from the ORBit directlry 
is installed and the gnome-libs functions which need the naming
service, create their stubs and header files from this IDL file.
