replace mail with rss?

Hey... I'm thinking that mail is probably less efficient in this day
and age (especially with the occassional floods that a tinderbox can
generate) than an rss feed. An RSS feed would probably fit in with the
current tinderbox's code a lot better, as well. Does anyone
particularly object to this? It would certainly, uh, reduce the
utility of this list, but I hope no one minds. Thoughts?
