Go ahead and make them.

Note that the reporter (seb128) has 26 points and is a developer and
forwards *loads* of bugreports. The person with the highest number of
points has 27. Don't think anyone else has 26. You can usually be sure
he looked for dupes, etc.

(points are logarithmic, so getting 27 vs 26 could be twice as hard..
depending on how many comments where added and bugs closed/reported)
