New reports are now being generated and are part of the reports page.
I removed the older reports (Gnome 2.4 and earlier), since they seem
really old and I don't think it's worth taxing the server for them
(note that the weekly-bug-summary script in particular takes a while
to work when passed the gnome-version parameter). I haven't yet put
the 2.9/2.10 report on the main bugzilla page for a few reasons: (1)
it'd be nice if people still worked on fixing the various bugs, (2) we
haven't had a release of 2.9.0 yet, and (3) the reports page is so
empty that it looks really weird (including the odd order of "Total"
and "Nautilus").
