changes for reports.cgi

hi ,

i have done some changes in reports.cgi for bugzilla
version 2.16.5 ....trying to  take the customization 
forward for this version ...

The attachment contains the screenshot of the the
options added by me. Pls do comment that i can go on
with this 
contribution or not ...
