Introduction and http://bugzilla.gnome.org/core-bugs-today.cgi broken?

Hey guys,

I've sent three emails last week, but I haven't introduced myself... My name 
is Badai Aqrandista, but my friends call me Cheepy, you can call me 
whichever you like... I'm living in Australia but originally from 
Indonesia... I hope I can contribute more than just triaging bugs...

Anyway, I tried to access the cgi script 
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/core-bugs-today.cgi, but got strange reply... The 
browser kept downloading the page over and over and never stopped... I'm 
using IE 5.x here...
