Regarding 2.9.x bug-triaging

Hi,
I am doing bug-triaging on the gnome 2.9.x development branch. I am
testing specifically nautilus, rhythmbox, control-center, gnome-themes
and certain other gnome components.

While triaging bugs on nautilus I found bug#160073 (which seems to be
quite annoying and is occurring in many situations) to be replicable on
my 2.9.x build of gnome and I have added certain comments on it. I would
like to get the bug moved from the UNCONFIRMED state to the NEW. How do
I get this done as I don't have the permissions to do this ?
Also, if this is the right list to post this query or I need to address
this to some other mail-id/group ?
