getting-traces webpage

I stole a lot of stuff from the bugsquad getting-traces.cgi page to
create a similar page for Fedora:

Thanks for writing it, maybe you could steal back some stuff from my
version. Especially interesting is the more detailed about how to find
and install debuginfo packages for fedora.
