[Fwd: Dia bugs]

Hi all,

After looking over tons of dia bugs, I got the following email from Lars
Clausen. I was wondering if this information should go on a web page
somewhere or if there might be a way in general for maintainers to
provide hints to the bugsquad on how to recognize common duplicates.
