weekly summary script updates

hi everyone,

I have updated the weekly-summary script to give links to the bugs which
each bug hunter has closed (if you are in the top 15).

The weekly bug summary script is now very CPU intensive because it has
to generate all the links for the figures.

I have therefore decided to make a static cache of the results.

I am updating all links on the web server to refer to the static cache
version. It is updated every 30 minutes (with all the other cached
scripts).

If you want the live data, the old links still work.

I have removed the info about passing parameters to the scripts (suchs
as the 'days' parameter). You can still use all this, if you can
remember the URL's (which are easy to figure out).

Please let me know if anything is broken.

Next I would like to work on giving the script some flexibility with
regard to keywords... because I do not want to give public access to
running the scripts directly (because of CPU issues), this will probably
mean I will make the script generate different static reports for gnome
2.0, 2.2, and general. I'm not sure how useful this will be.
