Dasher 3.99.2 is available for download from:

This is the third preview release of the upcoming 4.0 series.
Dasher is an assitive predictive input method for the GNOME
Desktop.

 * Improved button mode support
 * Cairo support ported from 3.2 branch
 * Win32 should build from tarball again
 * Bugfixes
