Hi,
Gnome 2.12 for AIX was released some time ago.
We added support for 64 bits in some libs
(20 Gnome modules among ~100) which still
support 32 bits mode.
You can get them at (mixed 32-64 bits libs
have grey background in the table) :

BTW, Gnome 2.14 for AIX is on track. Will be soon
available for download.
