ANNOUNCE: Baobab 2.0.1

What is it?
===========

Baobab is a graphical directory-tree analysis tool. It is able to scan
either specific directories or the whole filesystem, in order to give
the user a graphical tree representation including each directory
size or percentage in the branch. Baobab also includes a complete
file-search functionality and auto-detects in real-time any changes
made to your home directory as far as any mounted/unmounted
device. A graphical treemap window is also provided for any selected
folder.

Highlighted Changes for Baobab v.2.0.1 (since 1.3.1)
======================================================

* Implemented a full new graphical window. Each selected folder can
   now be represented as a treemap graph, with the big advantage of
   showing you , at a glance, how exactly is space allocated and what
   is occupying the space, even if it's a directory nested many levels
   down. Level of depth can be adjusted and the treemap can be
   zoomed in/out as far as saved into an image file (png-jpeg-bmp).

Where can I get it?
===================

Baobab is on gnome cvs.

Source tarball and debian package can be downloaded from
home page: http://www.gnome.org/projects/baobab
