What is it?

GNOME Keyring Manager is a keyring management program for the GNOME
desktop. With GNOME Keyring Manager, you can add, delete, and otherwise
manipulate your securely stored passwords.

This release brings a brand-new user interface to GNOME Keyring Manager.
The UI is so good, its at least 2.10.6 better than the old one!
