ANNOUNCE: Browser Bookmarks Menu (Gnome Applet) 0.4

ABOUT:
This is a small Gnome applet to allow easy access to your browser's
bookmarks, even when your browser is not open.

WHAT'S NEW:
2005-01-21  Version 0.4
	+ Support Epiphany nested topics (those with "->").
	
	+ "Edit Bookmarks" menu item (for Epiphany only - for Firefox/Moz,
	  see Mozilla bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=276422,
	  Galeon and Konqueror don't seem to expose anything usable.)

	+ UI fix (applet height is now equal to panel height).

	+ UI fix (removed 1-pixel focus border).
	  This also gives Fitt's Law compliance for the MenuBar.

	+ UI fix (dialog icon for query dialog).

TO DO:
	+ Packaging (RPM) and installation scripts.
	+ Internationalization.
