that fixes a rather embarassing screw-up with the gtkhex library that
occured in post-2.4 times; thanks to Sebastian Bacher for spotting it.
the vast majority of users that have no need for the library by itself,
doesn't even need to upgrade. 'nuff said, the tarball was, as usually
deposited at:
