An API documentation browser for GNOME 2

* Installs a library and header files to embed Devhelp widgets
  into a program. Used by Anjuta.
* Build fix for FreeBSD
* New translations (tr, ca)

  (cs, sv, ja, sk, nl, de, es, pl, is, ms, pt, no, da, fr, az)
